Approach
We start from your business, not from the technology. First we learn what you rely on the AI to do, then we test exactly that, using your own examples wherever we can.
AI Review (correctness)
We build a set of realistic test cases from your work: customer questions, documents, the decisions the AI supports. Then we measure how often it gets them right. You see where it's reliable, where it isn't, and which mistakes matter most.
Security Assessment
We map where your data goes when you use the AI: which services receive it, how long they keep it, and who can access it. We check for common risks such as over-shared documents, prompts that leak private information, and accounts without proper access controls.
Gap Analysis
AI often handles the common case well and quietly skips the rest. We compare what it actually does with what your process needs, and list what's missing, from edge cases and required checks to steps a person still has to do.
How engagements work
- Intro call. You tell us what you use AI for and what worries you.
- Scope. We agree what to check and what you'll get.
- Review. We run the checks, usually with little of your time needed.
- Findings. You get a plain-language report and a short walkthrough, with prioritised next steps.
